Best Buddies Inclusion Coffee House – March 14

ARHS Best Buddies invites the community to their “Best Buddies Inclusion Coffee House”. It’s billed as an evening of music, dance, friendship and fun.

We are so excited to put on this show for a second time to advocate for the ‘Spread the Word: Inclusion’ Campaign. Our school is dedicated to valuing all individuals and their abilities and promotes inclusion in academics, arts and performances, and athletics. Here at ARHS Best Buddies, we seek to recognize interests and talents in all forms. That’s what the Inclusion Coffeehouse is all about. As our advisor Mr. Hausmann puts it, the Coffeehouse is to “celebrate and showcase the abilities of members of our community”, and we are looking forward to recognizing these amazing abilities at our show this year!

The Coffeehouse will be held next Thursday, March 14, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm in the Algonquin auditorium (79 Bartlett St, Northborough).

Admission is open to the public. Donations at the door and for refreshments will support the programs of the ARHS Best Buddies organization.

It’s the second year, the school is holding the special coffeehouse. Last year the Community Advocate shared that the event drew about a dozen acts including vocals, interpretive dance, trumpet, cello, and a drum solo. You can see their coverage with a few pics here.
