Cardiology services now offered at Southboro Medical

Patients who travel elsewhere to get routine cardiology care can now stay closer to home thanks to a new partnership between Southboro Medical and The Heart Center of Metrowest. Services like diagnostic testing and pacemaker checks will now be offered at the Southboro Medical office in town.

The Heart Center of Metrowest is an affiliate of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. That means Southboro Medical patients requiring advanced cardiac services will have an easier time coordinating their care at Beth Israel because medical records will be shared between the groups electronically.

For cardiac care, schedule an appointment with Dr. Harvey Goldfine at Southboro Medical’s local branch, or Dr. Richard Blumenfeld at the Framingham campus, by calling 508-481-5500.
