The Gulbankians go before the Planning Board on Monday and then the Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday.On Tuesday the Southborough School Committee will get its first look at the school budget. Also on Tuesday, the Board of Selectmen and Advisory Committee will talk through budgets for various departments, including the library, Board of Health, and Recreation.
