‘Saturdays at Fay’ features free programs for kids

This month Fay School will offer a series of free Saturday morning programs designed for children ages 2-6 along with their parents. An optional lunch follows each program. Space is limited, and you need to register online in advance.

Here are descriptions of the programs offered this month.

The Science/Dance Experience with Marvelous Marvin
Saturday, May 7 · 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
See a magic show, play with toys, and do some dancing! Marvelous Marvin’s Science/Dance Experience gives young students the opportunity to learn about basic science principles and discover the world of movement at the same time.

Storytime Art Party
Saturday, May 14 · 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Let a picture book take you on an art adventure! This workshop begins with a short story read-aloud-and then, it’s time to make some art! This month, we’re reading Caps for Sale and making our own hats out of recycled materials.

It’s a Ukulele Sing-Along!
Saturday, May 21 · 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Sing along and laugh a lot with That Ukulele Man, Danno Sullivan. Here’s a great introduction to the fun little instrument that’s sweeping the nation. Learn some hilarious songs, then go home and try it yourself!

Programs will take place at Fay’s new Primary School, located off Middle Road. For more information, visit the Saturdays at Fay School website (www.fayschool.org/saturdays).
