Algonquin students recognized for academic achievement

It’s been good news on the academic front for Algonquin lately. The school’s tenth graders scored well on their MCAS tests last year, meeting the state’s recently-raised performance expectations, and 20 Algonquin students were recently honored by the National Merit program.

Love it or not – I happen to love it – the park presents a dramatic welcome to those visiting Southborough from the south. It’s a park that was ten years in the making, and last week the volunteers who saw it through gathered to officially dedicate the park.
