Sunday, March 25, 2012

  • 12:07 am – Marlborough Police requested mutual aid from Southborough Police to assist with a domestic situation that took place in their town. Southborough Officers responded and maintained the scene until Marlborough units were available to take over.
  • 12:55 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Main Street business.
  • 1:54 am – Officers assisted a security guard from the previous Main Street burglar alarm call.
  • 2:02 am – Officers investigated a suspicious person in the parking lot of a Main Street business. The individual checked out o.k.
  • 2:47 am – ARRESTED: A Marlborough woman was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor.
  • 3:10 am – Officers investigated another burglar alarm at the Main Street business from earlier in the shift.
  • 5:48 am – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Constitution Drive residence.
  • 7:10 am – An officer on patrol found a damaged traffic sign on Turnpike Road (Route 9 Eastbound). Mass Highway was notified of the damage.
  • 7:15 am – Officers attempted to serve a Harassment Prevention Order at a Woodland Road residence.
  • 8:01 am – A motorist reported a dead turkey in the travel lane of Turnpike Road (East). Mass Highway was advised.
  • 11:14 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Marlboro Road residence.
  • 12:26 pm – Officers responded to a Woodland Road residence for a neighbor dispute. Officers were able to mediate the situation, and one of the residents was served a Harassment Prevention Order.
  • 2:01 pm – Officers responded to a Rockpoint Road residence for a report of harassing phone calls.
  • 2:36 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Beechwood Lane residence.
  • 2:45 pm – Officers responded back to a Woodland Road residence for a report of a physical altercation between two neighbors. As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for one of the neighbors. The woman is charged with Assault & Battery (Dangerous Weapon), Breaking & Entering in the day time, Threats to Commit Murder, and Malicious Destruction of Property.
  • 3:04 pm – Officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle with two occupants parked in a Southville Road business. The vehicle had left the area prior to the officer’s arrival.
  • 3:35 pm – Officers investigated a report of threats from a resident of Michael Circle.
  • 6:21 pm – ARRESTED: A Randolph man was arrested after he was found to have two active warrants out for his arrest. He will also be charged (by Southborough Police) with Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle; Illegally Attaching Motor Vehicle Plates; and will be civilly cited for Failure to Inspect.
  • 7:38 pm – A medical was reported at a Red Gate Lane residence.
  • 9:51 pm – A Framingham resident was issued a Criminal Application for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License.

Monday, March 26, 2012

  • 1:32 am – ARRESTED: A Shrewsbury man was arrested and charged with Speeding and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor (2nd Offense).
  • 10:47 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 10:47 am – Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a Boston Road resident.
  • 2:11 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Presidential Drive residence.
  • 2:22 pm – ARRESTED: A Woodland Road resident was arrested on an active arrest warrant issued out of Westborough District Court for the incident that took place on 03/25/12. (read more)
  • 2:38 pm – Officers investigated an abandoned vehicle on Ledge Hill Road.
  • 3:45 pm – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 4:05 pm – Officers investigated a report of an erratic operator on Turnpike Road. The vehicle had left the area prior to the officer’s arrival.
  • 6:10 pm – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Turnpike Road business.
  • 7:44 pm – A medical was reported at a Richards Road residence.
  • 9:38 pm – A motorist from Attleboro, MA. was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Registration; Attaching Plates; and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance.
  • 11:09 pm – A motorist from Framingham, MA. was issued a Criminal Application for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Marked Lanes Violation.

Tuesday, March 27, 2012

  • 5:15 am – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 8:26 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Cordaville Road business.
  • 2:20 pm – Officers investigated an erratic operator on Main Street. The vehicle had left the area prior to the officer’s arrival.
  • 4:33 pm – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Breakneck Hill Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
  • 5:43 pm – Officers investigated a report of a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. Both vehicles had left the area prior to the officer’s arrival.
  • 9:40 pm – Officers investigated a barking dog complaint on Deerfoot Road. The Animal Control Officer was also notified.
