We are still in need of volunteers for this Friday, April 5th, Family Wingo Night at Woodward. It is a great time for the kids, and a fantastic opportunity to catch up with friends.
There are two sessions requiring multiple parents on each position to ensure a successful event:
Set up time 4:00-5:00
Proctor Tables
Session I 5:00-6:30
Sell/Collect Raffle Tickets
Sell/Collect Wingo cards
Sell/collect Tickets for Pizza and Ice Cream
Serve Pizza or Ice Cream
Session II 630-8:30
Sell/Collect Wingo Cards
Sell/Collect Raffle Tickets
Sell/Collect Tickets for Pizza and Ice Cream
Serve Pizza or Ice Cream
Clean up Crew 8:00-9:00
