Police logs (11/5-11/10/14): Back door kicked in on Boston Road

A Boston Road residence was broken into Wednesday of last week. Police are asking for anyone with information to contact them.

Thursday, November 6, 2014:

  • 0114 hrs- Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 0832 hrs- An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Oak Hill Road.
  • 0934 hrs- A resident of Boston Road reported that a Burglary had occurred at their residence the day before. The resident stated that someone kicked open their back door and took several (small) items from the residence. The B&E is currently under investigation by the Detective Unit.   • 1507 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Main Street residence.
  • 1602 hrs- A Harassment Prevention Order (HPO) was served to a Cottage Street resident.
  • 1947 hrs- Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 2000 hrs- An officer assisted a resident with a civil matter at the police station.
  • 2115 hrs- An officer on patrol reported that the train crossing lights on Central Street were malfunctioning. CSX was notified of the problem.
  • 2312 hrs- Officers responded to a Parkerville Road residence to investigate a resident’s report of a possible intruder. The residence was checked with negative findings. 

Friday, November 7, 2014:

  • 0705 hrs- A medical was reported at a Turnpike Road residence.
  • 0711 hrs- Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Oak Hill Road. Injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0820 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Cordaville Road residence.
  • 0835 hrs- Officers investigated a three car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1110 hrs- An officer assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 1413 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Carriage Hill Circle residence.
  • 1533 hrs- The DPW was notified that a stop sign was knocked down on Bridge Street.
  • 1749 hrs- Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Framingham Road.
  • 2026 hrs- A motorist from Attleboro, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Registration.
  • 2059 hrs- Southborough officers provided mutual aid to Shrewsbury Police Department, by attempting to locate a vehicle in Southborough.
  • 2227 hrs- A wallet was found at a Cordaville Road business, and was later returned to the owner at the police station.

Saturday, November 8, 2014:

  • 0007 hrs- ARRESTED: An Auburn man was charged with OUI Alcohol (3rd Offense), and Marked Lanes Violation.
  • 0147 hrs- ARRESTED: A Clinton man was charged with OUI Alcohol (4th Offense), and Marked Lanes Violation.
  • 0701 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at Neary Elementary School.
  • 1255 hrs- An officer assisted with a car seat installation at the police station.
  • 1256 hrs- An officer responded to an Oak Hill Road residence to assist with a neighbor dispute. The situation was resolved between the two involved parties.
  • 1304 hrs- A medical was reported at a Middle Road residence.
  • 1411 hrs- An officer responded with the Fire Department to a residence on Leonard Drive, to investigate a report of a brush fire outside of the residence.
  • 1445 hrs- An officer investigated a possible Harassment Prevention Order (HPO) violation at a Ted Lane residence.
  • 1727 hrs- An officer assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 1728 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Carriage Hill Circle residence.
  • 1756 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Sunrise Drive residence.
  • 2002 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Latisquama Road residence.
  • 2153 hrs- A motorist from Framingham, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

Sunday, November 9, 2014:

  • 0025 hrs- An officer investigated a report of hunters in the woods near a Deerfoot Road residence. The responding officer reported back negative findings.
  • 0324 hrs- Officers responded to the Turnpike Road area after Framingham Police requested assistance in locating a vehicle that was involved in a Hit & Run accident in their town. The responding officers reported back negative findings in the area.
  • 1117 hrs- A medical was reported at a Boston Road business.
  • 1142 hrs- A medical was reported at a Cordaville Road residence.
  • 1330 hrs- An officer investigated a report of illegal dumping, and a separate incident of threatening at a Cordaville Road business. The incident is currently under investigation by the responding officer.
  • 1652 hrs- An officer responded to Turnpike Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area.
  • 1752 hrs- An officer responded to Turnpike Road, again, to investigate another report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officer reported back negative findings.
  • 2153 hrs- An officer responded to a Cordaville Road business to assist in mediating a dispute between an employer and an employee of the business. The situation was resolved by both parties.
  • 2201 hrs- An officer checked on a suspicious vehicle parked on Parkerville Road. The operator and the vehicle both checked out ok.
  • 2215 hrs- ARRESTED: A Framingham man was charged with OUI Alcohol (2nd Offense); Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle; Marked Lanes Violation; and Operating a Motor Vehicle after License Suspension (Subsequent Offense).

Monday, November 10, 2014:

  • 0806 hrs- An officer investigated a report of a suspicious person on Main Street. The officer reported back that the individual checked out ok.
  • 0939 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at an Ashley Road residence.
  • 1017 hrs- Officers investigated an accidental 911 call from an Oak Hill Road residence.
  • 1209 hrs- An officer investigated an abandoned 911 call from St. Mark’s School.
  • 1549 hrs- ARRESTED: A Spencer man was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.
  • 1601 hrs- A medical was reported at a Stockwell Lane residence.
  • 1801 hrs- An officer investigated a motor vehicle vs. deer accident on Marlboro Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 2152 hrs- An officer assisted the Marlborough Police Department by checking the Parmenter Road area for a vehicle/motorist wanted by the MPD. The responding officer reported back negative findings.
