September seems eons away. But it isn’t that far away to the organizers of youth soccer teams. They need families to start registering now for league play in the fall.
For Southborough Youth Soccer, players entering grades 3-8, need to register by June 15th.
After that date, registrations will only be accepted if there is space available on an appropriate team. (Plus a $25 late fee will apply.)
Meanwhile, the scheduled annual evaluation sessions for those teams are taking place now through the end of the month. (If you missed that notice, check the Southborough Youth Soccer Association website for the schedule by age group.)
The website lists SYSA registration fees as $125 for K-1 and $175 for grades 2-8*.

*There is no SYSA preschool soccer offered through the league in the fall. (That is only available in spring.) But don’t fret. The Rec Department usually offers age appropriate classes in the fall.
