I’ve heard through the comment stream that some residents texted there was an armed robbery at Walgreens in Southborough. According to a statement from police, that’s not what occurred.
It seems that the incident was an altercation between two men. And it doesn’t seem anyone with a gun entered Walgreens.
Still, the sketchy details are disturbing. Witnesses claim that one man was holding a gun outside the store.
Police are asking anyone who can provide information to call 508-485-2121. Callers can remain anonymous.
