Flags in Southborough and across the state are flying at half staff in honor of Private First Class Evan G. Kasabian, US Army, of Tyngsboro, MA who died at home on Saturday, December 30, 2017. Governor Charles Baker ordered lowering of the flags from sunrise until sunset on Thursday, January 11th, 2018, the day of interment.
