Next week, the ARHS Boosters are holding a special fundraiser. The 4th Annual Golf Outing takes place on Thursday, June 28th. If golf isn’t your thing – you can still join them for the BBQ dinner.
Funds raised will support Algonquin Athletics and help improve sports facilities.
The tournament is rain or shine. Check-in begins at 8am, shotgun start at 9:30 am. A BBQ dinner and auction follow the last hole (about 3:30 pm).
The BBQ-only option is $30 per person. Tournament registration is $125 per player and includes the dinner, plus 18 holes, use of golf cart, and lunch.
Awards and Prizes will be given out for:
- Putting Challenge on the practice green
- Two longest drive contests
- Closest to the pin challenge
- Air Cannon
- Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place
The tournament is 4-person scramble style. But individual golfers are welcome. Organizers offer to pair you up with others looking to fill a group.
