  • Knitting Club (Senior Center Program) (1:00 – 2:00 pm) @ The Southborough Senior Center, 9 Cordaville Rd: Semi-monthly gathering. Stop by for a cup of coffee/tea and visit with the group or join right in! For details, contact the Senior Center at 508-229-4453.
  • Poetry Workshop (6:30 – 8:30 pm) @ Southborough Library, Main Level: Bring in five copies of your original poetry for supportive feedback. If you don’t have a poem, come anyway and share your insights.

  • Bingo (Senior Center program) (1:00 – 2:30 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center, 9 Cordaville Rd: Monthly entertainment of the Senior Center. Join Doriann Jasinski for a wonderful afternoon of Bingo, fun and prizes. Staff will start selling cards at 1:00 and stop when cards are sold out. For details, see flyer.
  • Tales & Tails (6:15 – 7:15 pm) @ Southborough Library, main floor: Children can spend some time reading to a dog. Children must have some reading ability. Registration is required.   • Neary and Trottier Early Release (11:20 am): Half day for parent – teacher conferences (Rescheduled from 11/16 due to a delayed start for snow that morning.)
  • Girl Scout Holiday Sing-a-long (6:30 – 7:30 pm) @ Community House Lawn: Event for all families in Southborough with Girl Scouts. Kick off your holiday season with an old-fashioned holiday sing-along with some modern touches, capped off with treats. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Holiday Art and Gift Sale (7:00 – 9:00 pm) @ 10 Chestnut Hill Road (The Stables) & 49 Lynbrook Road (L’Abri Fellowship): Local artisans and craftspeople will be selling handmade holiday gifts. For details, see dedicated post.

  • Annual Kids Shop (9:00 am – 2:00 pm) @ Woodward School, cafeteria: Boy Scout Troop 92 provides a safe haven for kids to do their own holiday shopping for family members without parents’ prying eyes. The “shop” is supervised by cub scouts and adult volunteers. Scouts will wrap the purchased presents for free. For details, see dedicated post
  • Holiday Art and Gift Sale (10:00 am – 5:00 pm) @ 10 Chestnut Hill Road (The Stables) & 49 Lynbrook Road (L’Abri Fellowship): Local artisans and craftspeople will be selling handmade holiday gifts. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Chrismas Bazaar (10:00 am – 2:00 pm) @ St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 27 Main St: St. Mark’s Episcopal Church’s annual Christmas Bazaar – Admission is always free. The fantastic Bazaar will feature tasty baked goods, gifts for the holidays, a silent auction, raffles of fabulous gift baskets, and an extensive White Elephant sale. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Christmas Tree Decorating Party (10:30 am – 1:00 pm) @ Southborough Library, main level: Be a part of the Library’s annual Christmas Tree Decorating Party. You can make ornaments, decorate the Library Christmas tree, and enjoy refreshments!
  • Santa Day (12:00 – 3:00 pm) @ Community House: Weather permitting, Santa flies into Southborough on helicopter. At noon, he lands on the field at the corner of Rte 85 and Rte 30. Afterwards, he crosses over to the Southborough Community House for Southborough Kindergroup’s annual event. For details, see dedicated post.
