The Friends of Southborough Recreation asked me to help get the word out. The non-profit needs more volunteers. Here is their call:
Hi Southborough Parents!
The Friends of Southborough Recreation (FOSR) is a non-profit group that provides scholarships to Southborough children for camps and programs and well as supports the recreational activities and improvements of the Southborough Recreation Department. We are in search of some new committee and board members to assist in fundraising, coordinating and attending events. The time commitment is small and the difference you can make is enormous. The FOSR is involved in the following annual activities:
Summer Nights
Gobble Wobble
Heritage Day
Halloween Party with Youth & Family
Summer Concert Series
Summer Movie Series (new)
