Virtual Lego Club – Wednesday afternoons

Kids can’t build Legos in the Library, but they could build a Library of Legos – or a doohickey or anything else they want to build – to show off their skills and creativity to other brick lovers.

I’m late in sharing this one, because I’m late in learning about it. It seems that the Southborough Library has teamed up with other groups for some Lego fun.

Legos at the Library has been a popular drop-in event for years. With the Library closed to the public (except for curbside pickup), they can’t hold the events this summer. So, they found a virtual way to bring builders together:

Southborough has joined forces with the Needham Library for Lego fun! On Wednesdays at 3pm, log on to visit virtually with librarians and friends while building with your Lego bricks at home! We will be connecting via Zoom for this virtual Lego Club meeting, so you can show each other what you’ve built! The Zoom link will be sent a day or two before the event.

There are only two sessions left—today and next week. Registration is through the Southborough Recreation website.
