If you haven’t already undecked your halls – you’ll want to get started. Boy Scout Troop 1 is offering to haul your Christmas tree away this Saturday morning. But I’m thinking you won’t want them to take your ornaments and lights with it!

Pickups will take place the morning of this Saturday, January 7. To take advantage of the Scout’s service, be sure to contact them by Friday night.

Tree Pickup Flyer 2023For most of us, it’s a flat $15 fee for any tree. But the Scouts offer to do it for free each year for seniors, veterans, and members of the Police and Fire departments.

To schedule your pickup email or call 508-494-9137.

Requests will be taken until 7:00 pm the night before. Be sure to provide your name, phone number, and address.

Your donation should be in a plastic bag clipped or taped to the top of the tree. The trees must be left at the end of your driveway by 9:00 am that morning.
