In one week, the Southborough Library is bringing in an unusual looking children’s entertainer for February break.

“Trevor the Games Man” is a “ribbon dancer” who stands over 9 feet tall (thanks to his stilts).

As anyone who has attended past shows for kids at the Library knows, the highlight is usually audience participation. It sounds like that is Trevor’s specialty.

The performer will interact with the crowd as jokes and performs based on their called out suggestions. He’ll also be leading them in fun games.

After the performance, kids will have a chance to make their own ribbons on a stick for dancing.

The event is titled “Giants & Giraffes * Dragons & Detectives”. It will take place on Thursday, February 23rd from 4:00 – 5:00 pm.

The free show is sponsored by the Friends of the Southborough Library. No registration is required and all ages are welcome.
