Algonquin Volleyball and Field Hockey racked up more big wins, and Girls Soccer has been scheduled to play this evening.

Here are the latest details in ARHS’ postseason journey this fall.

As I previously posted, Girls Soccer will go up against 6th seed Franklin in the MIAA Division 1 playoffs Round of 16. That means the 11th seed Titans will be traveling.

That game has since been posted for tonight (November 8th) at 6:00 pm in Franklin. Tickets are now available.

Reminder — for all of the games in MIAA brackets this month, tix must be purchased online. (Note: There are delays between MIAA game announcements and tickets becoming available.)

Now they’ll face off with 2nd seed Andover in the state Quarter Finals (details TBA). It’s an exciting year for a team that fell out in the Round of 32 last year and didn’t even make the playoffs in 2021.

The prior two years, the Round of 16 is where the girls fell out of D1 tourneys. This time, the 2nd seed D2 team will be the favorites when they play 10th seed North Quincy in the D2 Quarter Finals.

Game details are TBA, so stay tuned.
