If you’re looking to check out some books, get rid of some trash, or have other Town business to take care of, plan ahead over the next two weeks.
Here’s a list of when Southborough’s municipal facilities will be closed for Christmas and New Year’s holidays — starting tomorrow.
Southborough public schools
Early dismissal is Friday, December 22.
Closed through New Years; resuming on Tuesday, January 2
Southborough Library
Closed Friday, December 22 – Monday, December 25
Closed again on Monday, January 1.
(On the days they are open, they will follow regular hours, including being open until 9:00 pm tonight. See their hours here.)
Southborough Senior Center
Closed Monday, December 25 & Tuesday, December 26
Closed again Monday, January 1st.
(On the days they are open, they will follow regular hours, weekdays 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.)
Transfer Station
They’ll be following their regular hours with no special closures
(Regular hours are Wednesdays – Saturdays 8:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Southborough Town Offices
The Town House and most Town Offices have the following schedule:
Closed Monday, December 25 & Tuesday, December 26
Closed again Monday, January 1.

- Conservation Department — Their office will be closed Monday, December 25 through New Years; resuming on Tuesday, January 2. For more details, click here.
