The Council on Aging is seeking input to help them plan for future programs and services to offer through the Southborough Senior Center.

If you are a resident aged 55 years or older, you should have already received a form in the mail. If you missed it, you can open one here. And if you don’t have a printer, you can pick one up at the center.

Below is the announcement from the COA:

Survey for Southborough Senior Center

The Southborough Council on Aging has mailed a survey to all Town residents 55 years of age and over to assess the Senior Center services for our Senior and soon-to-be Senior community. This survey offers the opportunity for current Seniors to voice their opinions on Senior Center programs and services.  For younger residents it is an introduction to what our Senior Center offers for activities, health and outreach services, as well as an opportunity for all residents to share their ideas on what types of programs you would like to see offered.

Survey forms were mailed on Saturday, April 6, 2024.  If you are a resident Senior of Southborough, 55 years of age and over and have not received the survey, please pick one up at the Senior Center.  The Survey must be returned to the Senior Center office or mail to: Southborough Senior Center, 9 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA 01772 by April 30, 2024.  Yoursurvey response is anonymous.
