As part of their Summer Reading program, the Southborough Library is bringing back TaleWise to entertain (and educate) kids next week.

The company formerly known as ScienceTellers presents live programs that combine storytelling with science.

Last summer, they entertained kids in Southborough with a story/program featuring “Science Heroes”. This year, Science Heroes are still part of the programming, but they’ll incorporate a new story inspired by treasure hunting adventures.

The library promotes:

06272024ScienceHeroesTaleWise returns to the library with the story of the Adventure of the Lost Treasure. This is the tale of a treasure-hunting expedition in the jungle! The audience will help the performer tell the story and solve puzzles by doing science experiments and learning new science concepts.

The event will take place on the Library’s main floor on Tuesday, June 27th, from 4:00 – 4:45 pm. The program is open to all. No registration is required.

The free event is sponsored by the Friends of the Southborough Library.
