Yesterday, I posted news about Southborough Recreation’s First Annual House Decorating Contest. (And that Rec is encouraging everyone who lit up their homes or decorated their yards to register to be included on a community map.)
What I missed sharing is some key details including the link to register and the deadline!
The original post included Rec’s announcement that “A town-wide map will be shared on December 18th leading up to voting.” But I didn’t point out that it means the deadline to register for the contest and map is this Tuesday, December 17th.
Plus, it’s worth highlighting that the registration page clarifies that “Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place (along with bragging rights).”
Rec encourages:
Get creative, get outside, and get the WHOLE family involved. Homes will be judged on creativity, use of décor, and overall appearance.
All addresses will be made public so residents can view your displays!
A map will be released leading up to the voting.
