This Wednesday afternoon, in the middle of the public schools’ spring break, the Southborough Library is hosting a free, hands on program for 4th–6th graders.
The “high-stakes, 90-minute challenge” is put on by Fay School.
The Library promotes “The Southborough Design Prix”:
Does your child have a future in engineering or tech strategy? Working in specialized teams, participants will use LEGO SPIKE Prime robotics to design, code, and race a fully functional vehicle. This fast-paced session requires rapid iteration and strategic communication, providing essential experience in Computational Thinking and team dynamics. See your child step into a specialized role (Engineer, Coder, or Brand Manager) and walk away with a proven ability to deliver complex technical projects under pressure.
Registration is required for the limited space program on April 22nd at 3:00 pm. To sign up, click here.
