Free Yoga on the Trails

The Southborough Trails Committee is bringing back outdoor yoga to adults this summer and through early fall. The free sessions are for adults only.

All of the sessions take place on Saturday mornings from 9:00 – 10:00 am near the Sudbury Reservoir Trail. The community is invited to “Reconnect. Recenter. Refresh.”

The Southborough Trails Committee is thrilled to welcome back our Yoga on the Trails series — a peaceful way to connect with nature, community, and yourself.

Led by Emma Bartolini (Shine + Shadow Yoga) — a talented yoga teacher, artist, dancer, and lover of all things botanical. . .

Start your morning with a gentle, grounding yoga flow set against the stunning backdrop of Southborough’s natural beauty. Each session will be inspired by our surroundings and focus on mindful breath, movement, and presence. You’ll explore poses that promote strength, balance, stability, and inner calm.

Yoga on trails location (from event page)The setting is the field near the reservoir, by a trail off Parkerville Road. (Be warned, there are no bathroom facilities.)

Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, a towel to lay down on the ground, and a water bottle.

If the event needs to be rescheduled due to the weather, registered participants will receive an email the day prior.

  • August 15th
  • September 12th 
  • October 17th
