This Friday, Southborough Little League is hoping big laughs (and maybe a little booze) will help loosen your wallets in support of youth baseball.

The league is hosting a Comedy Night fundraiser at Acacia at the Indian Meadows Country Club in Westborough on May 2nd.

The performance opens at 7:00 pm with “the region’s funniest, freshest comic” James Dorsey.

The headliner is PJ Thibodeau:

After opening for some of the biggest names in comedy such as Dane Cook, Dave Chappelle, Jim Breuer, Dom Irrera, Brian Regan and Jay Mohr, he, himself, has become a headliner – working clubs and colleges across the country. (From his website)

Event organizers are promising creative cocktails at the cash bar, free hors d’oeuvres, live and silent auctions, and a 50/50 raffle with cash prize.

You can reserve discount tickets online for $35 through www.southboroughlittleleague.org or pay $40 at the door.
