Two members of the Southborough Fire Department, Safety Officer Jack Peltier and his son First Lieutenant James Peltier, were honored recently by the Worcester Catholic Diocese. A year ago this past Wednesday, 17-year-old Framingham High student Jamoan James was driving a 2003 Dodge Intrepid on Southville Road when it was allegedly forced off the road by a 1998 Chevy Lumina. The Intrepid hit a tree and James died. Exactly one year after the wreck, a judge in Worcester has upheld the murder indictment against a passenger in the Lumina. The Interboro Community Band will hold a holiday concert at Trottier on December 18. The band, formerly under the direction of the late Dennis Wrenn, is a collection of about 50 musicians who hail from all of the Boros, along with other communities. They range in age from high school students through seniors. The band is led by Trottier music director Jamie Clark.
