Water main break on Route 9 causes traffic headache this morning
Those of you headed east through Southborough this morning were faced with a slow go. Work to repair a broken water main had Route 9 eastbound down to one lane in Fayville, and that caused a miles-long backup along Route 9, as well as delays on side roads as commuters tried to find ways around the traffic. A good crowd of neighbors turned out last night to learn more about a 180-unit 40B condominium complex being proposed for a parcel of land behind Red Roof Inn in the Flagg Road area.
