Preview of the school calendar for 2009-2010
It’s going to be a bit of a late start for students when school opens next fall. At last week’s Southborough School Committee meeting, Superintendent Charles Gobron presented the proposed schedule for the 2009-2010 school year. Schools give money back to town
The town of Southborough can thank the schools for a $90,000 gift. The school district had money left over from capital projects, so they decided to hand it back to the town. Public hearing on water rates
The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Tuesday to discuss new water rates. Southborough gets its water from the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA).
