The murder trial of Southborough resident Treefon Manoloules got underway with opening statements at Barnstable District Court yesterday. Manoloules is charged with the 2009 slaying of his brother Aris in Hyannis. Treefon’s 19-year-old son and brother-in-law are also charged in the case.
