Mrs. Jean Smith Stybe, 75, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011. A native of Natick, MA, Jean was an administrator with Carolina Telephone/AT&T, and after retirement, she became a realtor with Weichert Realtors. She was a Friend of Bill W. for 33 years, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin J. Stybe.

Jean is survived by her husband of 53 years, Carl; daughter Kristen J. Gribbon, and husband Kevin, of Cary, NC; son, Karl J. Stybe, and wife Robin, of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Mary S. Demers, of Andover, NH; Brenda S. Gaffney, of Southborough, MA; brothers, Al Smith, of North Bend, OR; Richard Smith, of New Bern, NC; and John Smith, of New Port Richey, FL. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Janine O. Stybe, of Jackson, NJ; and her loving grandchildren, Kristopher, Kyle, Kelly, Conor, and Brenna.
