Southboro Medical open house on Thursday

Lunch with your legislators

The Senior Center is hosting a lunch tomorrow with local legislators. Following lunch (grilled teriyaki kabobs), Senator Jamie Eldridge, Rep. Carolyn Dykema, and Rep. Danielle Gregoire will each give a brief presentation. No doubt they’ll also be mingling to answer questions and address issues.
Lunch starts at 11:30 am and the presentations start at 12:15 pm.

Classes for new moms and soon-to-be new moms

Isis Maternity is partnering with BodyScapes Fitness in Southborough to offer prenatal yoga, infant massage, and infant signing classes to area moms. There’s also a six-week program for new moms that offers info and support on topics of interest to moms with newborns.

Finn March Madness race results

Saturday was the first ever Finn March Madness 5K run/2K walk, and Finn SOS Chair Laura Eppen said the event went well.
The race went very well!  We had a very good turn out for our fist time event. Most of the Finn teachers as well as the principal, nurse, reading specialist participated in the walk.

Unions decide to keep salary increases

The Southborough Food Pantry needs your help

Sometime next month the state plans to place 10 to 15 homeless families at the Red Roof Inn in Southborough. Many of the families will arrive with pratically nothing, and the United Parishes of Southborough Food Pantry is trying to help.

Plotting a new direction for Main Street
