“A Southborough developer hopes to build a new shopping and office plaza on Rte. 126 between the Shaw’s and Market Basket shopping centers.
Capital Group Properties has submitted plans to the town for 72,000 square feet of retail space in three buildings at 123 Pond St., including 8,000 square feet for one or two restaurants, said Capital Group manager Martin Loiselle Jr.” … Full story
