This news bit stretches from Southborough all the way to the Philippines. Maria Ana Consuelo (Jamby) Madrigal is a senator in Manilla, and the niece of the late billionaire Consuelo “Chito” Madrigal-Collantes. Apparently, Jamby Madrigal was left out of Chito’s will and she’s contesting it in court. Under contention as part of Chito’s estate is an apartment on Park Avenue, a house in Boston, and another house in, you guessed it, Southborough. Read more about the story here.
