In the media: ‘Billy’s Posse’ to take on Pan-Mass Challenge

Later this summer, friends and family of Southborough’s late police chief William Webber will participate in the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge, a 192-mile, two-day bike ride from Sturbridge to Provincetown. The team calls itself “Billy’s Posse” and they hope to raise $50,000 for the fight against cancer.

The Worcester Telegram & Gazette has a profile of the team led by Braintree Police Chief Paul Frazier, who offered up this tribute to his friend:

…Billy was just a decent man. He was a person of character who brought outstanding qualities to the police profession and shared those qualities with his peers and other police professionals across the state. And he was a great family man and wonderful husband.
