Meet author Dayna Hilton and her fire safety dogs at the Southborough Library on Thursday

You might have seen children’s book author and firefighter Dayna Hilton and one of her fire safety dogs marching in the Heritage Day parade on Monday. Tomorrow you’ll have a chance to meet her and her dogs in person at the Southborough Library.

Hilton is in town to promote her latest children’s book Sparkles Goes to Boston, which features characters from the Southborough Fire Department. A book release party will be held at the fire station on Saturday.

At the library on Thursday, Hilton will read her book and talk with children. The event starts at 4:00 pm.
