After winning their first ever Division 1 Central championship last week, the Algonquin girls field hockey team now has their sights set on the state championship. They’ll play in the semi-finals tonight against Western Division champs South Hadley.
Algonquin goes into the game with a record of 15-2-4, and South Hadley with a record of 20-0-1.
The match starts at 7:00 pm at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley. The winner will advance to the state final at Worcester State College on Saturday.
