The ‘yellow building’ in Cordaville is on the market again

The office/retail building at the corner of Southville and Cordaville Roads – fondly called the “yellow building” by many in town – is on the market once again.

Built in 2006, the building sat vacant for several years before being purchased at auction in 2009 for $849K. At one point prior to the auction, it was on the market for just under $3M. This week the 10,600-square-foot building went on the market for $2.1M. It was most recently assessed by the town at $1.1M.

The building is home to Platinum Bridal, among other businesses. According to the MLS listing, the building is fully leased.
