Southborough police logs (10/19/12 – 10/21/12): A house party gets loud

Friday, October 19, 2012

  • 0031 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Main Street business.
  • 0107 hrs – Officers checked on a suspicious male party walking on Route 9. The individual checked out o.k.
  • 0127 hrs – ARRESTED: A Westford man was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Cambridge District Court for nonpayment of fines.
  • 1518 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a High Street residence.
  • 1654 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled school bus on Marlboro Road.
  • 1923 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Cordaville Road.
  • 1923 hrs – Framingham Police Department requested assistance from Southborough Police in searching a business on New York Ave for a suspect dressed in camouflage and possibly breaking into vehicles.
  • 2209 hrs – Officers responded to a Main Street business for a report of a group of teenagers that had just pulled in behind the business. Responding officers reported that the vehicle carrying the teenagers had left the area.
  • 2212 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 2220 hrs – An officer on patrol located a group of teenagers in the parking lot area of a Newton Street business. The group was identified as the group that had just left the Main Street business, and they were advised to leave the area.

  • 0247 hrs – A motorist from Framingham was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle while being Unlicensed.
  • 0414 hrs – A motorist from Worcester was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle while being Unlicensed.
  • 0839 hrs – Officers investigated a report of an individual possibly stealing wood from a work site on Northboro Road. The responding officer reported back that there was no one in the area.
  • 0855 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 0919 hrs – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
  • 1317 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Meeting House Lane residence.
  • 1326 hrs – Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a Boston Road resident.
  • 1408 hrs – Officers investigated a report of an erratic operator on Parkerville Road. The vehicle had left the area prior to the responding officer’s arrival.
  • 1410 hrs – Officers assisted a Pine Hill Road resident with a domestic issue.
  • 1609 hrs – A medical was reported at a Framingham Road residence.
  • 1644 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Willow Street. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
  • 1645 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 1818 hrs – Officers assisted a Pine Hill Road resident with a domestic issue.
  • 1949 hrs – A motorist from Clinton, MA. was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle while being Unlicensed. The owner of the vehicle was also issued a Criminal Application for Allowing an Unlicensed Operator to operate his motor vehicle.
  • 2133 hrs – Officers investigated a report of a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the parking lot of a Turnpike Road business. The responding officer reported that the vehicle had left the area.
  • 2137 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 2150 hrs – Officers responded to a Southville Road business for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle left the area prior to the officer’s arrival on scene.
  • 2326 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Main Street business.

Sunday, October 21, 2012

  • 0044 hrs – Officers investigated a report of a male party trying to flag down motorists on Cordaville Road. The male party was located and given a citizen transport to the Marlborough town line.
  • 0106 hrs – Officers responded to a Southville Road residence for a report of a loud party at the residence. The homeowner was located and advised the officers that they would be shutting down the party.
  • 0214 hrs – ARRESTED: A Framingham man was arrested and charged with Speeding; Operating a Motor Vehicle While Being Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor; and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
  • 0231 hrs – Officers responded back to the previous Southville Road residence for another noise complaint (due to a loud party). Hopkinton Police were asked to assist (mutual aid) due to Southborough officers tied up with an arrest. Officers on scene reported that all parties were now inside the residence, and all was quiet in the area.
  • 0301 hrs – A medical was reported at a Southville Road residence.
  • 1029 hrs – Solicitors registered at the police station.
  • 1427 hrs – Officers served a restraining order to a Birchwood Road resident.
