  • Preschool Story Time (10:30 – 11:15 am): This program is for children age 2-5 years old and their parents or caregivers. Each story time will feature stories and a craft based on a weekly theme. Drop-in, no registration required.

  • Teen Advisory Group (6:30 – 7:30 pm): Come and provide valuable input into the purchasing of young adult books and materials as well as help plan teen programs. Pizza and soda are donated by the Friends of the Southborough Library.

  • Young Adult Book Club (6:30 – 7:30 pm ): Come join the young adult book group to discuss Winterling, by Sarah Prineas. Pizza and soda are donated by the Southborough Dominos Pizza on Route 9.

  • Music with David Garden (11:00 – 11:45 am): David Garden from “Music Together” returns to the library with music that’s just right for toddlers and preschoolers. All welcome, no registration necessary. Sponsored by the Together We Can Family Network.
  • Nature Program: Deer and Moose (3:45 – 4:45 pm):  Children age 5-8 are invited to learn about deer and moose in this program presented by Hands On Nature. They will learn about animal tracks, how to tell the difference between deer and moose antlers, and feel deer fur and jaw bones. Registration required. Please sign up at the Children’s Room desk. Sponsored by the Friends of the Southborough Library.
  • 4th-6th Grade Book Group (6:30 – 7:30 pm): Come join the 4th-6th grade book group to discuss the book Nerd Camp by Elissa Brent Weissman and Mission Unstoppable by Dan Gutman. Pizza and soda will be provided by the Friends of the Library.
