Earlier this week I shared information on Foreign Exchange student hosting opportunities. Since then, I received an urgent request that one student needs help. Apparently a host mother was hospitalized, leaving one of the students newly enrolled at Algonquin in limbo.
Here is the International Cultural Exchange Services’s plea on her behalf:
Vittoria is a sweet 17-year-old girl from Brazil.
She likes boxing, dancing and going to movies! She loves cooking and baking!
Vittoria’s favorite subjects at school are literature, history and chemistry. Vittoria is extremely polite, focused on school and her English is outstanding!
I am looking for a loving family who could open up their home and hearts to a new daughter!
Families are responsible for bed and meals, the student covers all their other expenses (school lunches, sport fees, cellphone, clothes, travel etc) and come with a health insurance.
Please, let me know if you or someone you know could provide either a permanent or temporary home for her while I look for a permanent home.
