Area realtors have banded together to hold a Southborough Open House Rally on Sunday, January 26.
More than 20 properties in town will host open houses some time between the hours of 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Homes range in price from $319,000 to $1.8 million. Properties include single-family homes, 55+ condos, and new construction.
The properties for sale are in a variety of architectural styles, including smaller antique homes that have been updated and renovated, lovely 4-5-bedroom capes and colonials, and gorgeous new construction. Homebuyers will even have the opportunity to meet with the builder of two homes under construction on Foxhill Drive.
