Handyman program for seniors (more volunteers needed)

For some elderly in town, even a basic maintenance project like replacing a light bulb is no longer a simple task. That’s where the Southborough Senior Center comes in.

The center coordinates a free Handyman Program for resident seniors. (Free labor that is. To take advantage of the program, you do have to provide any necessary materials.)

senior_handyman_programVolunteers will also tackle small fix-it problems like leaky faucets and loose railings.

The center is looking for more people to help. Volunteers will first need to pass a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) check.
