Police logs (12/4 – 12/6/15): Car taken for joy ride?

Officers are investigating a car stolen from a parking lot that later turned up in another town.

Friday, December 4, 2015:

  • 0046 hrs – An officer on patrol provided a civilian transport to the Framingham town line.
  • 0731 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Marlboro Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0928 hrs – Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a School Street resident.
  • 1344 hrs – Officers attempted to serve a No Trespass Notice to a Woodland Road resident.
  • 1630 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 1733 hrs – A medical was reported at a Boston Road residence.
  • 2032 hrs – An Edgewood Road resident called to report a suspicious motor vehicle parked on Edgewood Road. Responding officers reported back that the vehicle was no longer on scene.
  • 2248 hrs – A medical was reported at a Pine Hill Road residence.
  • 2344 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Boston Road.

Saturday, December 5, 2015: 

  • 0013 hrs – ARRESTED: A Hopkinton man was charged with OUI Alcohol (2nd Offense) and Marked Lanes Violation. A passenger in the vehicle was placed into Protective Custody at the scene of the arrest.
  • 0219 hrs – An officer responded to the Marlboro Road area to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the area. The responding officer reported back negative findings.
  • 0723 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Boston Road business.
  • 1019 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Newton Street.
  • 1117 hrs – Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a Turnpike Road resident.
  • 1117 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 1415 hrs – An officer responded to Woodland Road to investigate a complaint of a dirt bike in the area. The responding officer reported back negative findings.
  • 1431 hrs – An officer investigated a suspicious activity complaint at a North Street residence.
  • 1516 hrs – An officer investigated a complaint of someone ringing a Highland Street resident’s doorbell and then leaving the area. The responding officer checked the area and reported back negative findings.
  • 1745 hrs – Officers responded to Fitzgerald’s Store on Southville Road to investigate a report of a stolen motor vehicle. While the victim was inside the store, an unknown subject(s) entered the victim’s vehicle and left the area. The vehicle was found the next day in a parking lot in Newton, MA. The incident is currently under Investigation by the Detective Unit.
  • 1920 hrs – Officers conducted a requested well-being check at a Newton Street business.
  • 1926 hrs – Officers investigated a barking dog complaint at a Deerfoot Road residence.

Sunday, December 6, 2015:

  • 0214 hrs – An intoxicated male was placed into Protective Custody on Richards Road.
  • 0854 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Parkerville Road residence.
  • 0910 hrs – An officer investigated a report of trespassing hunters at a Fairview Drive residence.
  • 0920 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at the DPW.
  • 1130 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Clifford Street residence.
  • 1536 hrs – A medical was reported at a Middle Road residence.
  • 1921 hrs – Southborough officers assisted Framingham Police with traffic control around an accident in their town (Framingham).
  • 2151 hrs – Officers investigated a report of malfunctioning traffic lights on Southville Road at River Street. The DPW was notified of the problem.
  • 2234 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Cordaville Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 2339 hrs – A motorist from Worcester, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Move Over for an Emergency Vehicle.
