The Southborough Town Clerk’s office seeks applicants for a 20 hour benefitted Administrative Assistant. This part-time position requires someone with excellent customer service and organizational skills and attention to detail. Duties include: records management, processing annual licenses, assisting with town election coordination, dealing with public inquiries and facilitating committee meeting related tasks. Experience in MS Office is essential; knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro is an asset. Position requires high school degree and two years of related experience; an Associate’s Degree preferred. This job posting is for an existing position. The vacancy occurred because the previous employee resigned. The position had been filled at 35 hours per week and I am reducing it to 20 hours per week.
