Father’s Day Blue Grass BBQ at Chestnut Hill Farm

I just found out about another Father’s Day celebration in town.

The Trustees of Reservations are holding a Father’s Day Blue Grass BBQ at Chestnut Hill Farm. It takes place from 4:00 – 7:00 pm this Sunday, June 19th.

Kick off the Summer Solstice AND celebrate Father’s Day at the Chestnut Hill Farms’ Bluegrass Picnic! Bring a picnic blanket and the kids for a summer evening on the farm. We’ll have homemade BBQ, and live music.Your family ticket pays for parking, lawn games, a visit with the goats, and live music. Dinner and beer are on you.

Make sure to pre-register, these tickets will go quickly. Please note that entry to the event is per family. 1 ticket covers 1 family. Food and beverages are purchased directly from our vendors. Any proceeds after expenses help support our farm education programs.

Rainy? We’ll still hold the event under our tent Just bring an umbrella for your walk over from the parking area.

Sorry, no BYOB, coolers, or dogs allowed.

The entry fee is $24/per member-family and $30/non-member family. (As noted above, that covers the entertainment only – not the food.)
