Next Monday, Neary School is hosting its 2nd Annual Family Literacy Night. It’s an evening to celebrate student literacy as a family. It’s also a chance for the school to raise funds for SOS* and collect contributions to The Pajama Program.

The program donates books to children awaiting adoption. Attendees are urged to bring a new set of pajamas size infant to Children’s 10.

The event takes place Monday, October 24, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm. (Doors open at 5:45 pm and the first station begins promptly at 6:00 pm.)

The night is organized into 5 stations – and families are encouraged to plan the whole two hours to take advantage:

  • Scholastic Book Fair
  • Storyteller – Big Ryan*
  • Pizza and ice cream
  • Family metaphor poems
  • Green screen family photo
