Town Election: Candidates, details, and links

Above: Southborough’s Town Elections don’t generally pull in a big turnout. But with seven candidates vying for three important seats and a prop 2 1/2 override question on the line, this may be different. (photo by Beth Melo)

Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 9th is the Annual Town Election. Here is the information you need to know.

Polls are open from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm. (If you need help identifying your voting precinct and polling station, click here.)

On the ballot is one question – a prop 2 1/2 override for the Public Safety Building and St. Mark’s Golf Course land deal. For details on that, click here.

This year there are only two contested races on the ballot. Below is a reminder of who is running. I am also inserting links to letters candidates have publicly posted.
