The Southborough community is invited to a free meditation session for the public next week.
The event, titled “Breath Meditate and Be Happy” will be offered on Wednesday, September 6th at 7:00 pm. It will be held at the Southborough Library.
Southborough’s Simran Jamsandekar will be volunteering to help conduct guided meditation. She reached out to me to invite the community to “Experience being centered through the power of your own breath.”
The flyer explains:
Trained and experienced instructors will talk about the powerful connection between your breath and emotions. How to use breath to be centered, more in control of your mind and find lasting peace and joy.
