  • Games & Puzzles (10:30 am – 5:00 pm) @ Southborough Public Library, Children’s Room: t’s Games and Puzzle Day for children at the library.
  • Adult Coloring (Senior Center Program) (1:00 – 2:00 pm) @ The Southborough Senior Center, 9 Cordaville Rd: Come enjoy a stress free activity that relaxes the brain and allows your mind to get the rest it needs. Adult Coloring Books will make your life a whole lot brighter. All supplies will be supplied by the senior center.

  • “The Crown” Netflix Series (Senior Center Program) (10:30 am – 12:00 pm) @ Senior Center: The first session in the Senior Center’s screening over the course of the summer. Two episodes will be viewed with an English Style Lunch served between. Suggested donation of $3. For details, see dedicated post.
  • ScienceTellers in the Wild West (3:00 pm) @ Southborough Library, Main Level: ScienceTellers combines stories and science to make some magic happen! Hear the tale of “Wild West: The Mystery of the Golden Piano.” For details, see dedicated post.
  • Algonquin Cross Country Summer Series (6:00 pm) @ Algonquin Regional High School athletic fields: ARHS XC is inviting runners of all ages and abilities to come together for a 5-part weekly series. (Please bring $5 pp – exact cash – to register.) This session features a Standard 5k Race. For details see dedicated post.

  • Dull Men’s BBQ (11:00 am – 1:00 pm) @ Senior Center lawn: Annual Cookout for members of the Senior Center’s Dull Men’s Club. Please call the Senior Center if you have any questions at 508-229-4453. (The Dull Men’s Club’s regular meetings are at 10:00 am on Fridays – except for July 27th and August 31st. New members are always welcome.)
  • Henna Crafternoon (3:00 – 5:00 pm) @ Southborough Library, Eaton Meeting Room: Patrons ages 8-19 can work with Artist Alyssa Serafini to get henna tattoos. No advanced registration is required. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Afternoon Pajama Storytime (4:00 – 4:45 pm) @ Southborough Library: Bring a blanket and listen to stories outside on the lawn – weather permitting. (In the case of inclement weather, story time will be held in the Children’s Room). See dedicated post.

  • Drop-In Scratch Coding Club (11:00 am – 12:30 pm) @ Southborough Library, Book Sale Room: Children entering grades 2-5 are invited to learn how to code with Scratch using guided tutorials. Students already proficient in Scratch are welcome to work on personal projects. No registration required. For details, see this dedicated post on past Club events.
  • Friday Farm Dinner (6:00 – 8:00 pm) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: Enjoy a lovely al fresco dinner on the farm. A unique farm-to-table experience complete with a menu full of fresh vegetables, fruits, pasture raised meats and more.
