  • The Upward Spiral: Helpful Neuroscience for Managing Stress (7:00 – 8:30 pm) @ zoom: Southborough Youth & Family Services is sponsoring a free virtual talk to help residents feeling stressed. Neuroscientist Dr. Alex Korb will talk about how by making small changes in your thoughts and actions it’s possible to change the activity and chemistry of key neural circuits that regulate stress.   • Yoga at Home (5:15 – 6:15 pm) @ zoom: Southborough Recreation is offering a (mostly) weekly classes to “Stretch, de-stress and invite deep peace”. Pre-registration is required in order to get the details on the zoom video conference. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Virtual Book Club (8:00 – 8:30 pm) @ zoom: Join Library Director Ryan Donovan (and a few surprise special library staff co-stars) for a weekly Virtual Book Club on Thursday nights in April at 8:00 PM. We will be reading the young adult fantasy novel “Reverie” by Ryan La Sala.   Multiple copies of the book are available on OverDrive for Libraries & the Libby app.  For details, see dedicated post.

  • Library’s Virtual Story Time (10:00 am)@ Library Facebook page: Children’s Librarian “Miss Kim” will hold a story time on Facebook live, which will also be viewable after. (Note: you don’t have to have a Facebook account to watch the Library’s videos.)
